About the position

The Clinical Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the activities and workflow of a designated clinical program within the healthcare setting. This role involves developing, implementing, and evaluating program services and initiatives, as well as managing staff and ensuring compliance with budgetary guidelines. The position requires collaboration with various stakeholders to address issues and enhance service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage activities and flow of work for the assigned clinical program.
• Develop, implement and evaluate program services and initiatives.
• Hire, train, develop and evaluate staff.
• Assign tasks and prioritize and coordinate work.
• Collaborate with others to assist with problem identification and resolution, cost containment issues, implementation of new services, and systems/performance measures.
• Monitor and adhere to budget.
• Approve or monitor expenditures, purchases and other actions to ensure compliance with budget guidelines.

Requirements

• High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree with 2 years of experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
• 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
• ABRET credentials required: REEGT + 1 (CLTM, REPT, CNIM, RNCT)
• Lead tech or supervisor experience and surgical EEG experience required.
