About the position

The Clinical Program Manager at Saint Francis Hospital is responsible for overseeing the activities and workflow of the assigned clinical program. This role includes administrative responsibilities, collaboration with unit leadership, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The manager will also engage in performance improvement initiatives and may provide direct patient care as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage activities and workflow for the assigned clinical program.
• Support administrative responsibilities for department service functions.
• Collaborate with the unit Director and/or Manager.
• Assume administrative scope in the absence of unit leadership.
• Develop and implement departmental plans and performance improvement activities.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Communicate effectively with staff, physicians, and administration.
• Assist the Department Director in daily operations, directing and supervising personnel.
• Evaluate personnel and ensure proper use of time, equipment, and staff.
• Perform direct patient care as needed and assess care plans.

Requirements

• A minimum of three (3) years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
• Current BLS certification upon hire and maintained current.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Licensure as a clinical professional preferred.
