About the position

The Clinical Project Manager I at Azenta Life Sciences is responsible for providing project management support to internal teams and clients, ensuring the delivery of solutions in the life sciences sector. This role involves establishing strong client relationships, managing project timelines, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while contributing to continuous process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client contact for assigned projects and establish working relationships with client project teams.
• Ensure that all customer expectations are documented and acted upon in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and report on performance metrics related to project progress.
• Create and implement project plans, monitoring progress and revising as necessary.
• Monitor project schedule and scope to ensure both remain on track.
• Provide project support including kit provision, logistics, sample management, and lab services support.
• Engage in quality assurance and risk management activities to meet project deliverables.
• Participate in pre-sale discussions and client meetings as required.
• Contribute to continuous process improvement, quality, and productivity within Azenta Life Sciences.
• Mentor Client Coordinator as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in science or related field with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a regulated industry environment.
• OR High School Diploma with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a regulated industry environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to complete long-range projects as assigned.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize work and manage internal and external demands.
