About the position

The Clinical QA Tester will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and reliability of EMR configuration changes through manual testing. This role involves reviewing and executing end-to-end, functional, and regression tests to identify issues or bugs before updates are moved to production. The QA team plays a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of the EMR system.

Responsibilities

• Review and run end-to-end, functional, and regression tests for EMR configuration changes.
• Identify and report issues or bugs in the EMR system.
• Validate changes in a controlled environment before production deployment.
• Collaborate with the configuration team to ensure accurate implementation of changes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of manual testing experience within the EMR space.
• Experience with EMR/EHR deployment and integration.
• Proficiency in ADO or JIRA for change management.
• Ability to design, develop, and execute automation scripts using open-source tools.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in behavioral healthcare.
