About the position

RiverView Health is seeking a full-time Clinical Quality Data Analyst/Patient Relations Specialist who will play a crucial role in analyzing and integrating data from various sources to support data-driven decision-making. This position also involves serving as the primary contact for patients, addressing service recovery when care outcomes do not meet expectations. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, knowledge of medical terminology, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Abstract, aggregate, analyze, and integrate data from multiple sources.
  • Identify trends and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote data-driven decision-making.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for patients regarding service recovery when care or outcomes do not meet expectations.
  • Document patient interactions clearly and effectively.
  • Solve problems related to patient care and outcomes.
  • Demonstrate strong flexibility and organizational skills.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Current State of Minnesota nursing license, Health Care Informatics degree, Risk Management degree, or a Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare-related field.
