About the position

The Clinical Quality Improvement Specialist at Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health is responsible for supporting the implementation of quality improvement solutions across various health systems. This role involves collaborating with project teams to design, test, and deliver effective solutions that enhance healthcare delivery, particularly for underserved populations. The Specialist will leverage their clinical expertise and project management skills to foster relationships with healthcare leaders and ensure the successful adoption of innovative practices.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with local quality champions and provide implementation support to health systems.
  • Co-develop clear project goals with project faculty and staff for toolkits and implementation guides.
  • Co-design and improve implementation project activities, including training and agenda creation.
  • Teach project-specific content and expand training across disciplines.
  • Develop materials, case studies, blogs, and training curricula to support implementation activities.
  • Advocate for stakeholders, including patients and families, leveraging frontline healthcare experience.
  • Collaborate on research that supports project visions, especially for underserved populations.
  • Synthesize lessons learned to improve interventions and increase uptake of proven solutions.
  • Contribute to grant writing, proposal development, and scientific writing to promote Ariadne Labs' work.
  • Participate in organization-wide meetings to promote understanding and provide professional development opportunities.
  • Represent Ariadne Labs professionally with staff, guests, and external visitors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Master's degree in Nursing, Social Work, NP, or PA preferred.
  • Project management skills, including stakeholder engagement and planning.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with research tools like Qualtrics and RedCap.
  • Comfort with remote work using asynchronous management tools.
