About the position

The Clinical Research Analyst in Oncology Regulatory Affairs at Swedish First Hill is responsible for preparing, facilitating, coordinating, and submitting documentation required by various regulatory bodies for research activities. This role ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, particularly focusing on the protection of human subjects in research. The analyst will also lead and train research assistants, manage workflow, and support project objectives within a patient-focused healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and submit documentation required by federal, state, and local regulations for research.
  • Ensure compliance with Institutional Review Board (IRB) submissions to protect human subjects.
  • Handle FDA-required submissions including investigator forms and investigational new drug applications.
  • Lead and provide on-the-job training to Research Assistants as needed.
  • Set priorities and schedule workflow to support project objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in science, healthcare, or a related field, or equivalent experience in research coordination or regulatory work.
  • 2 years of experience in a healthcare, research, or clinical setting with familiarity in regulatory compliance.
