The Clinical Research Analyst position at Providence Swedish involves preparing, facilitating, coordinating, and submitting documentation required by federal, state, and local regulations for research conduct. Responsibilities

  • Prepare, facilitate, coordinate, and submit documentation required by federal, state, and local regulations for research.
  • Ensure compliance with IRB submissions to protect human subjects in research.
  • Handle FDA-required submissions including investigator 1572 forms and investigational new drug applications.
  • Lead the work of Research Assistants on a task-basis, providing education and training.
  • Exercise independent judgment related to sensitive and confidential situations in research.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in science, healthcare, pharmacy, or related field, or significant experience in research coordination or regulatory work.
  • 2 years of experience in healthcare, research, or clinical setting with regulatory compliance familiarity for Associate role.
  • 5 years of experience in healthcare, research, or clinical setting for Senior role.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in clinical research and regulatory affairs for Senior role.
