Responsibilities

  • Develop and ensure compliance with clinical study protocols involving human subjects.
  • Oversee and resolve operational aspects of clinical studies or trials in conjunction with project teams.
  • Collaborate with investigative teams at various universities and sites throughout the U.S.
  • Apply knowledge of clinical research practices to recommend improvements in methodology.
  • Lead one or more projects while managing competing demands in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related area and a minimum of five years of experience or equivalent training.
  • Advanced knowledge of clinical research practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to lead projects effectively and adapt to changing priorities.
  • In-depth critical thinking skills to evaluate issues and identify solutions.
  • Advanced communication skills, including verbal and written communication.

Nice-to-haves

  • Possession of an advanced degree such as a Ph.D. or Psy.D.
  • Experience in child and adolescent forensic, child welfare, and/or trauma intervention related research.
