Responsibilities

• Assist Principal Investigator with the development and implementation of research activities.
• Recruit subjects and obtain consent from families.
• Assist with research tasks and data entry.
• Conduct data analysis and interpretation.
• Prepare grants and professional presentations.
• Prepare manuscripts for publication.

Requirements

• Minimum one year experience coordinating research projects under specific guidance.
• Minimum one year of experience in clinical trials protocols involving research methodology/research study design, and hypothesis testing.
• Minimum one year of experience working with an EMR (Electronic Medical Record) system (e.g., Cerner, Epic).
• Experience in quantitative and/or qualitative data interpretation.
• Ability to accurately enter data into the computer system.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and internet skills.
• Basic filing, typing, and organizing skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Ability to speak and understand Spanish.
• Bachelor's degree in a related scientific field.
• Certified clinical research associate/coordinator.
