Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing data management for local and national research studies.
• Coordinate observational trials under the direction of the Investigator.
• Assist research staff with protocol-related tasks and data entry.
• Review and abstract information from medical records for eligibility criteria.
• Maintain study-level documentation and ensure data integrity.
• Perform quality assurance and quality control checks on clinical data.
• Assist with preparing reports and modifications for the institutional review board (IRB).
• Recruit and enroll patients in research studies, including obtaining consent.
• Assist with the development of consent plans and documents for participants.
• Order and maintain research supplies, ensuring equipment is functional.
• Collect and process specimens following established protocols.
• Perform basic patient care tasks under supervision, including phlebotomy and vital signs.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Associate's Degree in a medical or science-related field, or Bachelor's Degree in a medical or science-related field with no prior experience.
• CPR Certification (CPRAED) required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification may be required based on affiliate location requirements.

Nice-to-haves
