About the position

The Clinical Research Assistant II will support the Radiology Clinical Research Office by managing daily operations of various radiology research projects. This role involves overseeing multiple aspects of clinical trials, including subject recruitment, scheduling research visits, maintaining study records, and ensuring compliance with regulatory submissions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily operations of multiple radiology research projects.
• Recruit research subjects and schedule research visits.
• Maintain study records and documentation.
• Collect and submit data for clinical trials.
• Assist with regulatory submissions and compliance.
• Perform quality assurance and quality control checks on data.
• Prepare research records for audits and closeout procedures.
• Assist with patient care tasks under supervision.
• Conduct and document consent for study participants.
• Order and maintain research supplies.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a medical or science-related field preferred.
• BLS Certification may be required based on affiliate location requirements.
• No prior experience needed for entry-level position; 1 year experience with Associate's degree or 2 years with High School diploma preferred.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in clinical trials or patient care is a plus.
• Familiarity with data collection systems and regulatory requirements.
