About the position

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to join our team. The CRA will play a crucial role in the management and oversight of clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and Good Clinical Practice (GCP). This position involves working closely with healthcare professionals, patients, and research teams to facilitate successful clinical research outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough documentation review to ensure accuracy and compliance with study protocols.
• Monitor patient progress throughout clinical trials, ensuring adherence to study guidelines and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare staff to gather necessary data and provide support during patient assessments.
• Ensure all research activities comply with HIPAA regulations and maintain the confidentiality of patient information.
• Manage data collection and entry, ensuring data integrity and accuracy throughout the research process.
• Assist in the preparation of reports for regulatory submissions, adhering to FDA regulations.
• Participate in training sessions for site staff on study protocols and compliance standards.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices in clinical research.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as life sciences or nursing is preferred.
• Previous experience in clinical research or a related field is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and FDA regulations.
• Proficiency in documentation review processes and data management techniques.
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to effectively monitor patient interactions while ensuring their safety and well-being during studies.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
