About the position

The Clinical Research Associate will play a crucial role in ensuring that clinical research protocols are followed accurately and safely. This position involves managing patient interventions and assessments, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting the overall research process within a prestigious hospital and health care system.

Responsibilities

• Ensure protocol procedures are completed accurately, safely, and in a timely manner.
• Manage research assessment and patient intervention under the supervision of the principal investigator.
• Perform regulatory compliance, patient recruitment and enrollment, data collection, research chart documentation, quality assurance, report preparation, and protocol information dissemination to health care professionals, patients, and their family members.
• Ensure investigational product (IP) is adequately managed and documented.
• Meet with staff on an annual basis to develop and implement career goals to encourage and promote professional growth and development.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in the clinical research field.
• Data entry experience.
