About the position

The Clinical Research Coordinator position at Actalent involves working closely with leading oncology physicians on the lymphoma research team. The role encompasses both data coordination and clinical coordination, with an initial focus on data management before transitioning to full clinical responsibilities. This position requires direct interaction with patients in the clinic and collaboration with various teams within the oncology clinic.

Responsibilities

• Screen and enroll patients into research studies.
• Read and understand study protocols.
• Report significant adverse events (SAEs).
• Check lab values and assess drug dosages and modifications.
• Ship samples to labs and prepare laboratory kits.
• Find and enter data into the research system.
• Work on existing trials and assist with new trials.

Requirements

• Clinical research experience.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Customer service orientation.
• Proficiency in Excel and Outlook.
• Knowledge of oncology and clinical trials.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and ensure compliance.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in a related field (e.g., medical assisting, respiratory therapy, athletic training).
• Bachelor's degree and a clinical research fast track certification.
