The individual will oversee subject recruitment, enrollment procedures, and adherence to protocols, ensuring efficient operations in line with government and industry regulations.
Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate care for research subjects according to physician orders and protocol guidelines.
- Manage subject recruitment and enrollment procedures, including consent and randomization of study participants.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory activities and departmental policies at Parkview Research Center.
- Coordinate staff education and training related to research protocols and procedures.
- Regulate protocol adherence and monitor research trials for compliance with industry regulations.
Requirements
- Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
- CPR certification required; CITI training to be completed within 30 days of hire.
- Experience in a research setting preferred; additional experience may be required based on specialty.
Nice-to-haves
- Certified Clinical Research Coordinator certification desired.
