About the position

The Clinical Research Manager (CRM) for Infectious Disease is responsible for overseeing the performance and project management of clinical trials across multiple countries. This role ensures compliance with ICH/GCP regulations and company policies while serving as the main point of contact between country operations and the clinical trial team. The CRM will manage project timelines, performance deliverables, and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure successful trial execution.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned protocols and link between Country Operations and the clinical trial team.
• Manage project timelines and performance deliverables for assigned studies, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Review monitoring visit reports and escalate performance issues as needed.
• Perform quality control visits as required.
• Lead local study teams, providing training and support to ensure high performance.
• Create and execute local risk management plans for assigned studies.
• Ensure compliance with key systems such as CTMS and eTMF in assigned studies.
• Identify and share best practices across clinical trials and countries.
• Collaborate with functional outsourcing vendors and external partners in assigned studies.
• Support local and regional strategy development in conjunction with CRD and Regional Operations.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge in project management and site management.
• Demonstrated organizational skills with a track record of success.
• Ability to make independent decisions regarding clinical research activities.
• Strong understanding of the local regulatory environment.
• Extensive knowledge of scientific and clinical research principles.
• Experience in clinical trial planning, management, and metrics.

• Experience functioning as a key link between Country Operations and Clinical Trial Teams.
