About the position
The Clinical Research Program Manager at the Munroe-Meyer Institute (MMI) will oversee clinical research operations, providing support across 15 departments. This role involves training and managing clinical research efforts, particularly within the Emotional Neuroscience Research Program, which includes federally-funded multi-site studies. The manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing clinical research programs, ensuring effective collaboration among healthcare personnel and researchers.
Responsibilities
- Manage clinical and translational research operations.
- Train and support clinical research efforts across multiple departments.
- Lead undergraduate research training initiatives.
- Oversee the Emotional Neuroscience Research Program and its federally-funded projects.
- Plan, organize, and execute the clinical research program.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a health-related or scientific field or equivalent experience.
- 3 years of clinical and/or research experience in a clinical or laboratory setting, including supervising research staff.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Experience with RedCap.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook.
- Familiarity with EPIC, CTMS, RSS, eReg, and Basecamp.
- Phlebotomy experience.
- Experience processing blood/serum and saliva labs.
