About the position

The Clinical Research Project Coordinator position at Medpace involves working within the Clinical Trial Management team to support various clinical trials, particularly in the field of Ophthalmology. This role is essential for ensuring the successful execution of clinical projects, requiring collaboration with internal teams, sponsors, and study sites. The position offers a structured training program for those new to clinical research, emphasizing a fast-paced and collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Engage in clinical trial management on a day to day level
  • Work closely with the project CTM for timely delivery of tasks consistently with a high degree of accuracy
  • Compile and maintain project-specific status reports
  • Interact with the Sponsor, study sites, and internal associates
  • Provide oversight and quality control of our internal regulatory filing system
  • Manage study supplies
  • Create and maintain project timelines
  • Coordinate project meetings and produce quality meeting minutes.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences field
  • Excellent computer, organizational, and time management skills
  • Research experience preferred.
