About the position

The Clinical Sales Specialist at Prolacta Bioscience is a vital role within the sales team, focused on building relationships with hospitals to promote and sell the company's line of human milk products. This position is dedicated to supporting the mission of saving the lives of infants in the NICU by meeting sales targets and collaborating with healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed sales budget for Prolacta's product line in assigned territory.
  • Develop relationships with territory KOL's.
  • Build relationships with HCP's associated with territory hospital NICU's.
  • Implement speaker programs within territory.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional team members to generate new business and grow existing business.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree a plus.
  • 3 years' experience required in medical sales.
  • Licensed Registered Nurse or Registered Dietitian preferred.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
  • Strategic hospital selling experience with preferred call points to include NICU Healthcare Professionals such as Neonatologists and Neonatal Nurse Practitioners.
  • Experience working with hospital C-Suite.
