Responsibilities

  • Manage and provide operational leadership to complex, multi-site, and multi-specialty clinical services across the MarinHealth Medical Network.
  • Ensure alignment with MarinHealth's enterprise-wide goals, focusing on safety, quality, affordability, patient satisfaction, and access.
  • Collaborate with the physician dyad or designated leadership to oversee the operational management and coordination of clinical services.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate clinical practice business plans.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement strategic initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with clinic policies, affiliate requirements, and local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Manage operational budgets and ensure effective use of personnel, resources, and supplies.
  • Provide quality oversight and ensure proper and accurate clinical documentation.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide expert guidance in resolving complex or sensitive issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Health Care Administration, Business Management, Business Administration or related field is required; Masters preferred.
  • Professional, active licensure in California in either Nursing, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or similar field is required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification - American Heart Association (AHA).
  • 5 years or more of supervisory and/or management experience in a complex and/or multi-site/multi-specialty healthcare setting.
