About the position

The Clinical Services Manager for Partial Hospitalization Programs at Pine Rest is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the department, ensuring quality improvement, fiscal productivity, and patient satisfaction. This role involves managing and providing clinical supervision to a multidisciplinary team, representing the organization to various stakeholders, and fostering a supportive and empowering environment for staff and patients alike.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the Partial Hospitalization department to achieve quality improvement and patient satisfaction goals.
• Provide clinical supervision to members of the multidisciplinary team within Hospital and Residential Services.
• Oversee hiring, disciplinary actions, and terminations within the department.
• Develop and monitor departmental budgets, reporting variances as necessary.
• Ensure adequate staffing for Partial Hospital Programs and manage fluctuating staffing needs cost-effectively.
• Maintain knowledge of Partial Hospital Programs standards and guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Master's Degree in Social Work or Psychology with current licensure in the State of Michigan.
• Approximately five years of progressively responsible work experience in the relevant area.
