About the position
The Clinical Solutions Workflow Consultant (CSWC) role focuses on leading and partnering with clinical workflow design for Hospital Patient Monitoring (HPM) solutions across the Northeast Zone. This position involves consulting with various stakeholders to design, document, and optimize workflows for complex HPM solutions, ensuring effective adoption and long-term engagement with customers. The consultant will also deliver clinical consulting services, manage system configurations, and facilitate change management processes to enhance customer experiences with Philips solutions.
Responsibilities
- Consult and partner with customers and project managers to design and document workflows for HPM solutions.
- Manage adoption and system optimization of designed solutions for long-term engagement customers.
- Collaborate with the CPS team to develop and deliver advanced customer clinical solutions.
- Deliver clinical consulting services, potentially in combination with Philips solution implementations.
- Configure Philips solutions to accommodate operational workflows in customer environments.
- Conduct workflow analysis and consult on necessary workflow changes during new functionality implementations.
- Guide customers in testing workarounds and new functionalities of Philips solutions.
- Analyze existing workflows and facilitate change management in clinical or operational environments.
- Establish comprehensive training plans for smooth transitions of solutions to customers.
- Maintain professional competence through seminars and training sessions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related science with a focus on education (e.g., Nurse Educator, Clinical Nurse Specialist).
- More than 5 years of related clinical experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Current nursing license.
- Experience with tools for mapping work processes (e.g., Visio, swim lanes, PPT).
- Experience using virtual tools (e.g., Zoom, TEAMS).
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, clinical consulting, workflow optimization, and process improvement.
- Ability to meet customer-specific mandates such as vaccinations and screening tests.
