About the position

The Clinical Solutions Workflow Consultant (CSWC) role focuses on leading and partnering with clinical workflow design for Hospital Patient Monitoring (HPM) solutions across the Southeast Zone. This position involves consulting with various stakeholders to design, document, and optimize workflows for complex HPM solutions, ensuring effective adoption and long-term engagement with customers. The consultant will also analyze existing workflows, facilitate change management, and provide training to ensure smooth transitions to new solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Consult and partner with customers and project managers to design and document workflows for HPM solutions.
  • Manage adoption and system optimization of designed solutions for long-term engagement customers.
  • Collaborate with the CPS team to develop and deliver advanced customer clinical solutions.
  • Deliver clinical consulting services, potentially in combination with the implementation of Philips solutions.
  • Configure Philips solutions to accommodate operational workflows in the customer's environment.
  • Conduct workflow analysis and consult on necessary workflow changes with new functionality or solutions.
  • Guide customers in testing workarounds and new functionalities of Philips solutions.
  • Analyze existing workflows and facilitate change management in clinical or operational environments.
  • Establish comprehensive training plans for smooth transitions of solutions to customers.
  • Maintain professional competence by attending seminars and training sessions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related science with a focus on education (e.g., Nurse Educator, Clinical Nurse Specialist).
  • More than 5 years of related clinical experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Current nursing license.
  • Experience with tools for mapping work processes (e.g., Visio, swim lanes, PPT).
  • Experience using virtual tools (e.g., Zoom, TEAMS).
  • 2+ years of experience in data analysis, clinical consulting, workflow optimization, and process improvement.
