About The Position

The Clinical Specialist CRM at Medtronic is responsible for providing technical, educational, operational, and sales support to meet the sales and customer service objectives of the Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) district. This role requires collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure high reliability and quality in products and services, while also being available for unscheduled needs within the assigned territory. The position involves significant travel and requires working weekends and holidays as needed.

Requirements

• High School Diploma with a minimum of 6 years of work experience in healthcare or field sales, or an Associate's Degree with 4 years of experience, or a Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of experience.
• Thorough working knowledge of medical terminology and the medical device industry.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with colleagues.
• Mechanical knowledge and ability to utilize complex mathematics.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support by completing CRM Field Technical Training and performing checks/interrogations of medical device systems.
• Support the implantation of CRM products and provide on-call support as needed.
• Assist with patient registration and manage consignment inventory.
• Educate and train physicians and hospital personnel on CRM products and solutions.
• Partner with sales representatives to understand market dynamics and customer needs, assisting with obtaining customer purchase orders.
