About the position

The Clinical Specialist, CRM position at Medtronic involves providing technical, educational, operational, and sales support to meet the sales and customer service objectives of the Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) district. This role requires collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure high reliability and quality in products and services, while also being available for unscheduled needs within the assigned territory. The position demands flexibility, including working weekends and holidays, and may involve on-call responsibilities during weeknights.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support by completing CRM Field Technical Training and performing checks/interrogations of CRM medical device systems post sign-off.
• Support implants of all CRM products and provide on-call support as needed.
• Assist with patient registration and manage consignment inventory and trunk inventory.
• Educate and train physicians and hospital personnel on CRM products and solutions.
• Partner with sales teams to understand market dynamics and customer needs, assisting with obtaining customer POs.
• Stay updated on new products and complete all assigned training in a timely manner.

Requirements

• High School Diploma with a minimum of 6 years of work experience in healthcare or field sales, or an Associate's Degree with 4 years of experience, or a Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of experience.
• Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships across organizational levels.
• Strong work ethic and expertise with Microsoft tools and applications like SalesForce.com.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
