About the position

The Clinical Supervisor at NeuroRestorative, part of the Sevita family, is responsible for overseeing the delivery of psychological services and ensuring quality care for program participants. This role involves supervising counselors, providing psychotherapy, and collaborating with consulting staff to coordinate services. The Clinical Supervisor also plays a key role in program compliance, staff management, and crisis intervention, contributing to the overall mission of providing rehabilitation services for individuals with complex needs.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and oversee counselors and psychological services to ensure quality evaluations and services for program participants.
  • Establish liaisons with consulting staff and mentors for coordinated service delivery.
  • Provide individual and family psychotherapy as needed.
  • Assess and assign intakes; monitor daily census and referral sources.
  • Review documentation to ensure compliance with corporate and legal requirements and accreditation standards.
  • Participate in meetings regarding program development, policies, and procedures.
  • Assemble program statistics for reporting and provide documentation for billing and payroll.
  • Participate in on-call rotation and provide consultation with team members as needed.
  • Develop and implement crisis intervention procedures and oversee Utilization Review and Quality Assurance.
  • Assist in the overall management of the program and staff, including recruitment and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure development of comprehensive training for clinical staff, mentors, and program participants.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in human services or Social Work as required by state.
  • Three years of related experience with one year in clinical supervision.
  • Licensure and/or Certification as required by state.
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect information from different sources.
  • Demonstrated skills in motivating teams and driving results.
