About the position
The Clinical Supervisor at North Shore Counseling Center is responsible for providing clinical and administrative supervision to Master's level clinicians while maintaining an active caseload. This role is designed for a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) with at least 5 years of post-graduate experience and offers a flexible schedule to promote work-life balance. The position is part of a collaborative team dedicated to delivering high-quality outpatient behavioral health care.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical and administrative supervision to Master's level clinicians.
- Maintain an active caseload of clients.
- Participate in the supervisor's team to provide clinical leadership to the agency.
- Provide Senior Clinician coverage one evening per week.
Requirements
- LMHC license required.
- 5 years of post-graduate experience in clinical practice.
- 1-2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
