About the position

The Clinical Supervisor (LMHP) position at Community Counseling Group (CCG) is a full-time role focused on overseeing the Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR) program. The supervisor will be responsible for conducting client assessments, managing documentation, providing clinical guidance, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. This role offers a flexible work schedule and opportunities for remote work, making it ideal for experienced professionals in community mental health.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct client intakes including assessments and initial stay authorization requests.
  • Conduct re-assessments and continued stay authorization requests.
  • Develop monthly schedule of group topics.
  • Review and approve Individual Service Plans, Quarterlies, and Discharge Summaries.
  • Write documentation as needed and ensure chart compliance.
  • Manage documentation tracker for ISPs, Safety Plans, Quarterlies, Reassessments, Discharge Summaries, and Continued Stays.
  • Conduct supervision of staff cases and perform chart audits and maintenance as needed.
  • Provide documentation training to staff and conduct quarterly training sessions.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies and provide clinical guidance.
  • Oversee the LMHP Resident Program with Virginia State University.
  • Perform clinical supervision as needed.

Requirements

  • Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMHP) certification required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in community mental health.
  • Experience in individual and group counseling, crisis management, and patient assessment.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and case management.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience in discharge planning.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in behavioral health settings.
  • Familiarity with documentation compliance and regulatory standards.
