National Counseling Group is currently seeking a full-time Clinical Supervisor. Under the general direction of the local Operations Director, the Clinical Supervisor is responsible for utilizing the CARE Model of Supervision for a defined geographic area or program for one or more ncgCARE Partners. This position is classified as a Tier 1 Leadership role, which means the Clinical Supervisor is held accountable for the overall staff experience, clinical quality, and customer experience within their department. The role requires a working car and a valid driver's license, as daily travel is expected up to 25% of the time, with minimal overnight travel required. The Clinical Supervisor will manage case assignments for their team and engage with community partnerships to ensure satisfaction and access to services. They will conduct initial assessments when no clinical assessor is available and make introductory contact with persons served within 15 days of the initial session. Additionally, the Clinical Supervisor will reach out to all referring professionals within 30 days of the initial session. Regular contact with individuals and families is essential, with a minimum of quarterly follow-ups to solicit feedback about satisfaction with services. Crisis monitoring and tracking, including aftercare reviews, will be part of the responsibilities. The Clinical Supervisor will attend court hearings or client-related meetings in the community as needed and applicable. They will monitor the utilization of caseloads of assigned team members and provide consultation for crisis situations. Reviewing clinical documentation of assigned team members and making recommendations and approvals as needed is also a critical part of the role. Furthermore, the Clinical Supervisor will provide support on the use and interface of electronic systems such as EHR, HRIS, and LMS, and participate in service recovery activities as indicated by the complaint and grievance policy or as advised by the Site Director.
