About the position
The Clinical Supervisor at Northeast Family Services will oversee the outpatient, in-home therapy, and therapeutic mentoring programs while serving as the primary therapist for in-home clients. This role involves managing direct care staff and implementing treatment plans, ensuring high-quality service delivery to children, youth, and families.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary therapist and contact for in-home clients.
- Assist in the daily oversight and operations of outpatient and in-home therapy programs.
- Manage direct care staff and oversee the implementation of in-home treatment plans.
- Ensure quality management and service delivery fundamentals are met.
- Provide supervision and support for staff working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders or Autism Spectrum Disorder.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related human services field.
- Independent clinical license in Massachusetts (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist).
- Minimum of two years of experience working with children, youth, and families providing direct treatment services.
- Experience with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders or Autism Spectrum Disorder.
- Proficient in supervision, service delivery, and case management fundamentals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office.
- Valid driver's license with reliable access to a vehicle.
