About the position

The Clinical Supervisor will oversee a team of mental health professionals, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining high standards of care. This role involves providing clinical supervision, conducting performance evaluations, and offering ongoing training to staff. The Clinical Supervisor will also collaborate with management to develop policies and support the implementation of treatment plans.

Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical supervision to licensed therapists, community support workers, and interns.
  • Ensure that all services provided by mental health professionals comply with state and federal regulations.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to mental health professionals.
  • Provide ongoing training to mental health professionals to ensure they are up-to-date on the latest research and best practices in the field.
  • Collaborate with other members of the management team to develop and implement policies and procedures.
  • Manage and maintain patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Participate in the development of treatment plans and provide support to mental health professionals in the implementation of treatment plans.
  • Provide crisis intervention and support to mental health professionals as needed.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in social work, psychology, or related field.
  • Must be a licensed mental health professional (LGSW, LGPC, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent).
  • At least 5 years of experience providing clinical supervision in a mental health setting.
  • Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to mental health services.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other members of the management team.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
