In this role, you will leverage your Nursing and Clinical Education/Training to provide telephone and remote clinical application support to internal and external customers for our Hospital Patient Monitoring team. You will be a part of a strong, cohesive Clinical Support Team and will interact with healthcare customers throughout the country. Your responsibilities will include assisting in resolving customer clinical inquiries and problems, as well as participating in an on-call rotation for after-hours support as part of a shared team effort. You will provide world-class service to our North American Region customers from hospitals, Field Clinical Education, and Remote Service Engineers.
