About the position

In this role, you will leverage your Nursing and Clinical Education/Training to provide telephone and remote clinical application support to internal and external customers for our Hospital Patient Monitoring team. You will be a part of a strong, cohesive Clinical Support Team and will interact with healthcare customers throughout the country. Your responsibilities will include assisting in resolving customer clinical inquiries and problems, as well as participating in an on-call rotation for after-hours support as part of a shared team effort. You will provide world-class service to our North American Region customers from hospitals, Field Clinical Education, and Remote Service Engineers. As a Clinical Support Engineer, you will be expected to handle multiple simultaneous demands and prioritize your work with minimal supervision. You will need to maintain scheduled on-call availability and successfully perform the minimum physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements with or without accommodation. This position requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to work collaboratively within a team to ensure the highest level of support for our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Provide telephone and remote clinical application support to internal and external customers.
  • Assist in resolving customer clinical inquiries and problems.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours support.
  • Deliver world-class service to North American Region customers from hospitals and Field Clinical Education.
  • Handle multiple simultaneous demands and prioritize work with minimal supervision.

Requirements

  • A minimum of five (5) years of clinical experience required.
  • Ten (10+) years of clinical experience and advanced knowledge of clinical applications within Patient Monitoring preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Bachelor of Science Degree or Nursing Degree required.
  • Must be registered and in good standing with the appropriate credentialing body.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in a healthcare technology environment.
  • Familiarity with hospital patient monitoring systems.
