About the position

The Clinical Support Specialist will provide essential administrative support to the ACT Team at Spurwink in Bridgton, ME. This role focuses on maintaining accurate data tracking, assisting with client check-in/out processes, and ensuring compliance with contract and licensing requirements. The position operates on a Monday through Friday schedule, contributing to the overall efficiency of clinical operations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain accurate, orderly, and accessible data tracking spreadsheets related to program, contract, and grant requirements and outcomes.
  • Track needed information and generate reports.
  • Enter admissions, billing, and clinical information in external databases for multiple services.
  • Assist staff with adherence to contract and licensing requirements.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Effective time management skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's degree and/or relevant experience in a related field preferred.
