Responsibilities

  • Maintain and troubleshoot the clinical information system used for operational support and clinical decision-making.
  • Act as a liaison between clinical users and the computer system to ensure effective communication and system functionality.
  • Implement electronic automation tools to enhance workflow efficiency in clinical settings.
  • Provide support and training to clinical staff on the use of the information system.

Requirements

  • Associate's Degree in Healthcare Informatics, Clinical Engineering, or Information Systems (work experience or professional certification may be substituted).
  • Two to five years of clinical experience in an acute care facility or a comparable computing environment.
  • Proficiency in basic Windows applications, including Office applications and email.
