The Clinical Systems Analyst at Paradise Valley Hospital plays a crucial role in managing MEDITECH and enterprise system applications, ensuring ongoing user support and training, and enhancing clinical systems. This position serves as a liaison between various departments and IT staff, coordinating system maintenance, troubleshooting, and vendor interactions to optimize healthcare delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage MEDITECH/enterprise system applications including user support and training.
• Oversee dictionary maintenance and system enhancements.
• Conduct problem analysis, resolution, and troubleshooting for clinical systems.
• Coordinate hardware installation with vendors and IT staff.
• Act as a liaison for departments regarding clinical system issues.

Requirements

• High School Diploma required for all new hires starting 4/1/14.
• Bachelor's Degree in Clinical Healthcare field, Business Discipline, Healthcare Management, Health Information Management, or Information Science preferred.
• 2 years of work experience in a hospital setting required.
• Clinical experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills to establish working relationships with physicians and hospital personnel.

Nice-to-haves
