The role involves delivering SAPT services, including outpatient therapy, therapy groups, and peer support, to clients referred by probation officers. Responsibilities

• Deliver SAPT services focusing on mental health education within the DPSS framework.
• Provide outpatient therapy and facilitate therapy groups.
• Offer peer support and lead peer support groups.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans for clients.
• Conduct individual and group psychotherapy sessions.
• Perform evaluations and investigations related to mental health services.
• Provide professional counseling as applicable by licensing laws.

Requirements

• Must be currently registered with the Board of Behavioral Sciences.
• For Clinical Therapist I: Must be an unlicensed entry-level therapist.
• For Clinical Therapist II: Must hold a valid license as a LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC.
