About the position
EMDR Therapy Solutions and Wellness is seeking a committed and certified fee-for-service Clinician to conduct remote therapy sessions for clients dealing with depression and anxiety. This part-time position offers flexible scheduling from a home office and requires licensure in Massachusetts as an LICSW or LCSW under supervision. The role emphasizes the delivery of personalized therapy and maintaining client records while fostering a supportive online environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver remote/telecommute individual therapy sessions using treatment modalities to address trauma, anxiety, and related mental health concerns.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on client assessments and needs.
- Maintain thorough, confidential, and up-to-date client records and session documentation.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Create a supportive, empathetic, and confidential online therapy environment.
- Stay current with EMDR best practices and ongoing professional development.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and referral sources as necessary to support client care.
Requirements
- Master's degree or higher in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
- Valid licensure for independent practice (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT) in the state of Massachusetts.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients via digital platforms.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage a flexible, off-site work schedule effectively.
Nice-to-haves
- Certification in EMDR from a recognized training organization is desirable, but not required.
- Previous experience working in a fee-for-service or private practice model.
- Additional certifications or training in related therapeutic modalities.
