About The Position

The Clinical Trainer at Milford Regional Physician Group is responsible for developing and implementing clinical competencies and coordinating training sessions for both new and existing clinical staff. This role ensures that all employees possess the necessary clinical skills to provide appropriate patient care across all MRPG locations, contributing to the overall quality of healthcare in the community.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Registered Nurse (RN), or Medical Assistant (MA) in an outpatient environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Experience working with electronic medical records.
• Proficient in data management and reporting.
• Previous experience training clinical employees is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement clinical competencies for clinical staff.
• Coordinate training sessions for new and current clinical employees.
• Ensure all staff have the necessary clinical skills to care for patients appropriately.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
