About the position

The Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS) Solution Architect at Capgemini is responsible for the implementation and optimization of CTMS and its integration with Clinical Data Management Systems (CDMS). This role focuses on enhancing clinical process workflows and ensuring effective data migration strategies, making it crucial for the success of clinical trials.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the implementation of CTMS and CDMS solutions, focusing on Veeva and other COTS packages
• Improve efficiency by optimizing clinical process workflows at various levels (L1, L2, L3)
• Define and implement integration strategies with EDC, RIM, and ERP systems
• Collaborate with vendors to resolve necessary configurations and customizations
• Develop comprehensive migration strategies for transitioning data from legacy systems
• Work closely with product vendors to resolve necessary configurations and customizations that align with business needs

Requirements

• Expertise in CTMS/CDMS implementation and optimization
• Experience in integration and Implementation of Veeva
• Strong understanding of integration strategies with EDC, RIM, and ERP tools
• Shown knowledge of data migration strategies and best practices
• Outstanding problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilities
• Excellent communication and social skills
• Strong understanding of data migration strategies and standard methodologies
