About the position

The Clinical Workforce Management Manager/Consultant at Accenture plays a crucial role in leading the planning and implementation of workforce management solutions for healthcare clients. The role involves strategic program management, regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, data analytics, team leadership, and thought leadership within the healthcare provider consulting practice.

Responsibilities

  • Support engagements with healthcare providers by assessing workforce management needs and identifying operational gaps.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of strategic plans for deploying UKG Workforce Management Solutions.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on workforce management technologies, particularly UKG Workforce Solution.
  • Manage the development of project plans, timelines, and resource allocation plans.
  • Ensure workforce management solutions adhere to healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for improving workforce management processes.
  • Support the development of dashboards and reports to track workforce management performance.
  • Mentor junior consultants and analysts, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Stay informed about workforce management trends and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in workforce management, with a focus on healthcare provider organizations.
  • Proven expertise in the planning, implementation, and optimization of UKG Workforce Management Solutions.
