About the position
The Clinician position at Integrated Care Concepts and Consultation, LLC focuses on providing integrated mental health care to adolescents and their families dealing with trauma, depression, and anxiety. The role emphasizes a holistic approach to recovery, incorporating both traditional and innovative therapeutic methods. The clinician will work collaboratively within a supportive team environment, facilitating individual and family therapy sessions, conducting assessments, and participating in a culture of trauma-informed care.
Responsibilities
- Support families and teens in addressing trauma, depression, and anxiety.
- Facilitate individual and family therapy sessions.
- Conduct Intake BioPsychoSocial Assessments to determine appropriate care levels.
- Facilitate group therapy sessions for up to 10 participants.
- Work with high acuity clients meeting PHP/IOP criteria.
- Collaborate with parents and family members in the therapeutic process.
Requirements
- Minimum LAC or LSW with 1 year of experience working with adolescents.
- Comfortable facilitating both individual and family sessions.
- Experience conducting Intake BioPsychoSocial Assessments.
- Ability to facilitate groups of up to 10 participants.
- Experience working with high acuity clients in PHP/IOP settings.
Nice-to-haves
- Bilingual skills are preferred.
- Experience providing family therapy for 1 year is preferred.
