About the position
The Clinician Team Lead position at Telecare Corporation is a full-time role focused on supervising multidisciplinary teams within the Assertive Community Treatment program. The Team Lead will coordinate service needs, collaborate with various services and agencies, and ensure the delivery of appropriate levels of care for clients with complex mental health needs. This role is essential in maintaining clinical standards and supporting the professional development of clinical staff under the supervision of the Clinical Director/Administrator.
Responsibilities
- Supervise multidisciplinary teams and coordinate service needs for clients.
- Collaborate with community partners and local systems of care.
- Oversee documentation by clinical staff and assist with audits of clinical charts.
- Assist with new hire orientation and ongoing training for clinical staff.
- Support recruitment, screening, hiring, onboarding, performance evaluations, and terminations of clinical staff.
Requirements
- Registered with the CA Board of Behavioral Sciences; must have ASW, AMFT, or APCC license that is valid and current.
- A Master's Degree in Social Sciences is required.
- One (1) year of supervisory experience or supervisory training within six (6) months of employment.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in behavioral health or mental health settings.
- Familiarity with state and county requirements for clinical documentation.
