About the position

The Clinician position at BHcare Inc. involves managing an assigned caseload of children and families, providing comprehensive psychotherapy treatment, and collaborating with various community resources. The role requires maintaining clinical records, preparing reports, and offering clinical consultation, all while adhering to a flexible schedule that includes evening hours. Responsibilities

• Maintain current clinical records for assigned caseload
• Prepare clinical reports and evaluations for appropriate agencies
• Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and comprehensive psychotherapy treatment to children and families
• Provide clinical consultation to schools and community resources
• Assist in the supervision of graduate students in training
• Attend training sessions, workshops, and seminars as required
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Master's degree in Social Work or related mental health field
• Minimum of one year experience in a psychiatric setting providing therapy to children and families
• Professional CT Licensure required (LCSW preferred, LMSW or LPC considered)
• Proficient in Microsoft 365
• Ability to navigate electronic health records system (EHR)
