About the position

South Jersey Behavioral Health (SJBHR) is seeking Master's level Fee for Service Clinicians to provide high-quality behavioral health counseling services. The role offers flexible hours up to 40 hours per week and includes LSW and LAC supervision for licensure. Clinicians who average 30 hours per week will be eligible for health insurance benefits. This position is dedicated to serving individuals, families, and couples dealing with chronic, persistent mental illnesses in outpatient settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide intake assessment and ongoing individual, family, and couples psychotherapy.
• Complete timely clinical documentation (intake, progress notes, treatment plans) via Electronic Health Record (EHR).

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited college/university with a master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related mental health discipline.
• Licensure required for persons with a social work degree.
• One year experience in the mental health field preferred.
• Comfort with problems associated with psychiatric care and knowledge of the DSM 5 and psychotropic medications.
