About the position
J. Smith Enterprises McDonald's is seeking self-led experienced food service professionals willing to own the responsibility that accompanies ensuring our after-hour services not only meet but surpass the high level of service our late-hour patrons desire and, most importantly, deserve.
Responsibilities
- Connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience
- Help customers order their favorite McDonald's meals
- Prepare all of McDonald's World Famous food
- Partner with other Crew and Managers to meet daily goals and have fun
- Assist the restaurant recover from a hectic day and ensure it is prepared to do it all over again the next day.
Requirements
- At least one year of food service experience
- An outstanding attitude
- A willingness to learn and grow
- The capacity to excel in a fast-paced team environment
- Must be at least 18 years or older to work the overnight shift
