Responsibilities

• Deliver stellar customer service while multitasking effectively.
• Teach and guide the Crumbl Crew in following recipes and using kitchen equipment.
• Measure and combine ingredients to make cookies.
• Decorate and display finished products attractively.
• Test ingredients and finished goods for food safety and quality.
• Greet customers, answer questions, and accept orders and payments.
• Keep records of deliveries, inventory, and production levels.
• Ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of deliveries.
• Clean and restock workstation, ensuring equipment is sanitized.
• Lead crew members in executing daily plans and improving operational efficiencies.
• Report daily operations to the General Manager.

Requirements

• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation to and from the location.
• Flexible scheduling with open shift availability.
• Ability to complete full scheduled shifts.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong time management skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods (8+ hours).
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Must have or be willing to obtain a Food Safety Handlers Certificate.
