About the position
The Closing Manager at Jimmy John's is responsible for overseeing in-store operations during evening shifts, ensuring that the store maintains exceptional order and that all employees perform their duties efficiently. This role requires leading by example, executing systems and procedures with integrity, and fostering a positive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee in-store operations alongside the General Manager.
- Ensure the store is in exceptional order.
- Monitor employee performance and efficiency.
- Lead by example and execute systems and procedures with integrity.
- Organize and establish priorities in the store with minimal supervision.
Requirements
- Ability to work a 40 hour week.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Ability to handle fast-paced and high stress situations in the store.
- Willing to offer opinions and recommendations towards the store and employees.
