As a Product Manager in Engineer's Platform & Integrated Experience (EPiX) at JPMorgan Chase & Co., you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of product innovation. Your primary responsibility will be to drive value for customers by guiding the successful launch of new product offerings and ensuring that they resonate with clients. You will act as the voice of the customer, utilizing your deep understanding of product development to create profitable products that deliver significant customer value. In this role, you will develop a comprehensive product strategy and vision that aligns with customer needs. You will own and maintain a product backlog that supports the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition, ensuring that development efforts are aligned with business objectives. You will also be responsible for establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure developer productivity and application health, such as deployment frequency and mean time to recovery (MTTR). By evaluating and implementing tools and platforms that enhance development efficiency, you will promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
